So here’s our final episode for 2009. In this episode we take a look back at the past year and discuss our favorite video games, movies, TV shows and other things that came across our path. We also save a special section to reflect on those other offerings that made us made us a little crazy; the worst of the past year. We also glance ahead to some things we’re looking forward to in 2010.
Games of 2009 (01:27 – 34:32)
Movies of 2009 (34:54 – 51:01)
Comics, TV and plus a look ahead to 2010 (51:10 – 65:30)

Just a quick note from us at Verbal Brew to say Happy Holidays and Happy New Year as well. It’s been a great first year for us and we’re looking forward to bringing you more of our oh-so-insightful and inspired commentary.
Three things:
1) The next show will be a look back at 2009 and some of our favorite things we have and have not discussed on the show so look for that on Wednesday.
2) Our very own Andrew has posted a very Chirstmas-y drawing over at SliceFate.com
3) and last but not least, we leave you with a profound take on a Christmas classic.
Now if you’ll excuse me Santa left me a fridge full of booze and 7 seasons of the Shield on DVD…
Happy holidays everyone! In this week’s installment of the podcast, we look at one the year’s most highly anticipated movies and we look back at an older Xbox 360 game in preparation for it’s upcoming sequel.
It’s almost holiday time! We’re getting our shopping done, filling our stockings and blowing up some Nazis. Oh and we also implanted people with new personalities, caused a world wide blackout, and shifted the earth’s crust to bring about the apocalypse. Or we talk a lot about it anyway.
